Sorry it's been so long since i've written on my blog but i've been a bit busy.
So, my weigh in days are on Wednesdays, and it's been just over two weeks since i've been on Weight Watchers. I actually haven't had any change in my weight which has got me upset. On July 1st, I had my WI and i was down to 158.4, and then on July 8th, I was back up to 159 lbs and then yesterday's WI I had no change, still at 159 lbs.
Let's recap what i've been doing. The past two weeks i have tracked everything i ate, my first week i barely worked out. My last week, i worked out really hard; I worked out four days last week. I did a number of different activities. I worked out using my Wii Active, i did my Winsor Pilates, I went walking around my neighbourhood, I also did the 30 day shred DVD and the banish fat boost metabolism Jillian's Michael's DVD (which was intense). So i was able to get 23 activity points from the activities i did.
So when i think back to what went wrong, I can't really think of anything I could have done differently. Maybe my body is still getting used to Weight Watchers. Maybe my body is just stubborn, or maybe my scale is broken and is stuck on 159. I doubt it's the scale, it's probably just my body. I'm trying to be more positive about it today after yesterday's WI. I'm trying to stay focused and not give up. That's the main key is not to give up...

It really could be that your body is getting used to WW, it takes time, i bet next week you will have a good loss if you just keep up the good work that you have put in. Also you could try playing around with your WP and APs so people find that they cant eat them all and still lose weight others only half etc etc. If you have been eating all your weekly and all your activity then maybe you need to try a week just eating weeklies or just activities. Its all about finding what works for you!! Good luck this week, keep up the good work, dont let it discourage you :o)
You need to give it more time. Hang in there!
if it helps it took my forever to loose 10lbs. I kept plateauing every 4 pounds lost. I always think of the tortoise and the hare. Slow and steady wins the race.
Your body will catch up eventually :)
