Wii Active kicked my butt today! I went to Walmart and purchased it this afternoon and got to try it and it's definitely an amazing workout. For those of you that haven't had a chance to try it out, please do. You can choose between three intensity levels: low, moderate, and high. I chose high because I have worked out in the past before and know the basics.
I didn't get a chance to workout the past couple days so today is my official start date of working out. I'm currently doing the 30 day challenge on the Wii Active so i'm going to make sure i stick with it. I am also going to get back into doing the Jillian Michael's DVD - 30 Day Shred- another great workout, keeps your heart rate high and she has 3 levels on that dvd as well. Mind you, i never made it past level one..hehe. But I will, I promise :) I also need to start walking/running again, when the weather was nice, it was great to be outdoors. My body felt calm and relaxed. Now that the weather will be nice for the next few months I should take advantage of that.
My goal is to do this for the next 30 days! My current weight according to my last weigh-in was 158.4 pounds on July 1st. Since today was my first out of the 30 day challenge, i'll let you know at the end of the challenge what my weight will be at just so you guys can see my progress :) I'm hoping by doing this, this will help me stay on track and get to where I want to be.
