Hey Everyone,
So I had my third weigh-in today and good news, I FINALLY had a loss!!! I lost 3.4 pounds and was very happy with that loss. It definitely made up for the past two weeks of no losses. I still stayed on plan for the week, but there were a couple things I did do differently. I actually didn't work out at all, i had planned to but i'm not too sure why I didn't. I also started drinking hot water with a slice of lemon first thing in the morning. I read somewhere that it helps with detoxing your body first thing in the morning before you eat anything. It actually tastes great, it tastes like an herbal tea but without the tea. So i'm not too sure if drinking that helped with my loss. To be honest, I wasn't expecting a loss because I didn't get any activity in last week. But i'm really pleased with the weigh-in. Hoping for a good one next week as well :)

Congrats on the great loss!
Hot water with lemon is great because it hydrates you - but beware of the word "detox". I spent 3 years studying Nutritional Sciences at university, and in that time I couldn't find a single dietitian or prof who had a nice thing to say about detoxes and cleanses.
Just my two cents, of course :)
